It's been 8 months!

Ops! I can't believe it has been 8 months since I have been on here. Im pretty sure that nobody is going to even check my blog anymore because I never update it! Im going to use it for my own purposes now. Im trying to lose 4 pounds, yes, just 4 pounds. It doesn't want to come off. I've tried everything, except a food log, so I thought why not do a food blog! So here it goes

June 25, 2008:

Breakfast: 7:00 am
1/2 Honeydew melon
1 Orange
1 slice of Pineapple

Snack: 11:00 am
Vegan energy bar

Lunch: 1:30 pm
Salad with
lettus, tomotes, olives, garbonzo beans, cucumbers, beets. With Flax seed oil and salt.

Snack:3:00 pm
Bowl of watermelon

Dinner 5:30 pm
Mixed veggie stir-fry
4 tofu nuugets

Snack 7:30 pm
bowl or watermelon
